Amber Akins

Amber Akins has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 with their role as a Customer Care Representative at GrubHub, where they provided customer and technical support. Amber then moved on to Zifty.com in 2015, working as a Customer Service Representative handling various tasks such as monitoring orders, managing drivers, and handling inbound calls. In 2017, they joined Venmo as a Fraud and Risk Operations Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Greenhouse Software as a Technical Writer and also holds the position of Senior CSS.

Amber Akins attended Columbia College Chicago from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Creative Writing.
