Robby Perdue

Robby Perdue has a diverse work experience in the technology and software industry. Robby started their career at O3 World as an Account Strategist, where they were responsible for client and engagement management. During their time there, they built and maintained relationships with key clients, identified new business opportunities, and exceeded revenue goals.

In 2015, Robby joined Greenhouse Software as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they helped customers optimize their hiring process by leveraging Greenhouse's software. Robby worked closely with clients to understand their needs and bottlenecks, and offered solutions to solve those problems.

Robby then moved up to become an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they continued their customer success work but with a focus on larger and more complex accounts. Robby engaged with executive-level stakeholders, provided pre-sales consulting, customized systems, and managed long-term support and optimization tasks.

After that, Robby transitioned into a role as Team Lead, overseeing the Enterprise Customer Success team. Robby provided guidance and support to the team while continuing to work with important clients.

In 2017, Robby took on the position of Product Manager, Enterprise. Robby managed and developed enterprise-level products at Greenhouse, contributing to the overall product roadmap and strategy.

In 2020, Robby briefly joined the EMEA Landing Team at Greenhouse before moving into the role of Senior Product Manager. As a Senior Product Manager, they led product development and collaborated with the executive and product leadership teams to define and socialize the vision and strategy for Greenhouse's entire product offering.

Most recently, Robby became the Group Product Manager at Greenhouse in early 2022. In this leadership role, they coach, grows, and manages multiple product managers across Greenhouse's flagship product, Greenhouse Recruiting. Robby also collaborates with the product and executive leadership teams to shape the vision and strategy for the company's product portfolio.

Robby Perdue earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Colorado. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in May 2013.
