Trevor Katilius has a strong background in technical support and customer service. Trevor started their career in 2007 at BNY Mellon, where they provided systems management support and handled various server and application issues. Trevor also gained experience in user account management and password resets. In 2007, Trevor joined Apple as a Mac Specialist, where they excelled in sales and provided in-store training sessions on Apple products and services. Trevor demonstrated a deep understanding of Apple's product line and made customized product recommendations to clients.
In 2016, Trevor joined DoubleDutch as a Core Product Specialist, where they developed a strong understanding of the DoubleDutch platform and guided customers through event setup. Trevor also played a key role in creating customer support procedures for a remote team in the Philippines and provided on-site training to a call center team in Dallas. Trevor later transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Manager, overseeing event implementation and client support calls. Trevor established implementation timelines for clients and provided training on the Content Management System.
In 2019, Trevor joined Cvent after DoubleDutch was acquired. As a Customer Support Engineer, they onboarded and trained remote teams to handle technical support for the DoubleDutch mobile app and registration platform. Trevor worked closely with the Engineering Team to diagnose and resolve critical app issues and provided phone support for clients with complex issues.
Trevor continued to expand their technical support experience at Oura in 2020, where they served as the CX Technical Support Lead. Trevor led the technical support team and provided support to customers using the Oura ring.
In 2021, Trevor joined Iterable as a Technical Support Specialist, where they assisted customers with technical issues and provided timely resolutions.
Currently, Trevor is working at Greenhouse Software as a Support Engineer. Trevor has advanced from Support Engineer to Support Engineer II, demonstrating their expertise and dedication in the role.
Trevor Katilius completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science/Studies from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various computer science-related areas from LinkedIn, including "Computer Science Principles: The Internet," "HTTP Essential Training," "Learning REST APIs," and "Web Development Foundations: Web Technologies" in November 2021.
