Edward Wang

Edward Wang is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Greenlane Renewables Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Edward worked at Saltworks Technologies from February 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing mechanical installation and commissioning of industrial water treatment systems, as well as preparing CAD models and fabrication drawings. Edward also held the position of Test Engineer at Saltworks, collaborating on novel desalination techniques and analyzing testing data. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Reliability Engineer at Suncor, where Edward developed analysis models leading to a design improvement, and roles as a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Alberta, focusing on mechanical engineering topics and experimental design. Edward holds both a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
