Christian Bayne has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2009, they worked as a Creative Services Intern at McCann Worldgroup, where they assisted the creative director and team in brainstorming and creating ideas for clients. In 2011, they interned as an Account Executive at the same company, gaining insight into the account side of an agency and presenting original ideas to clients in various industries.
In 2012, Christian worked as a Marketing & Public Relations Assistant at Brock Communications, where they drafted and distributed press releases to increase client reach. Christian then joined WilsonHCG in 2013 as a Sourcing Specialist.
From 2017 to 2020, Christian worked at McKay Advertising + Activation, starting as a Social Media Coordinator and Content Writer and eventually advancing to Manager of Digital Marketing and Content Strategy. In this role, they developed marketing automation programs and implemented account-based marketing strategies, resulting in significant revenue for clients in the medical industry.
In 2021, Christian became the Global Marketing Director at Magical Brands (formerly MagicalButter). Christian successfully implemented cross-departmental product launch strategies and managed paid advertising strategies in multiple global markets, contributing to impressive retail revenue.
Most recently, Christian joined Greenlane Holdings, Inc. in 2022 as a Brand Manager for various brands, including Higher Standards, K. Haring Glass, and Marley Natural.
Christian Bayne has a strong educational background in marketing and business. Christian obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on marketing from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, completing their studies between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Tampa, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
In addition to their formal education, Christian has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills. Christian obtained certifications in Email Marketing and Inbound from HubSpot in December 2016. Christian also acquired certification in Google Ads from Google Ads in September 2016. More recently, in November 2020, they completed the Advanced Google Analytics certification offered by Google. Prior to that, in August 2019, they completed the Google Analytics for Beginners certification, further expanding their proficiency in analytical tools.
