Kevin Michaud

Kevin Michaud's work experience begins in 2000 when they worked as a Senior/Junior Accountant at Avidyne. In this role, they were responsible for financial monthly close, cost accounting activities, inventory transactions, and managing company payroll.

From 2005 to 2010, Kevin worked at Bruker Corp as a Senior Accountant. Here, they supported the Corporate Accounting team in worldwide consolidation financial statements, prepared the Holding company's financial statements, and reviewed inter-company elimination entries.

In 2010, Kevin became the Divisional Financial Controller at Bruker Daltonics, where they managed the finance function for the FDA manufacturing facility, Americas Commercial (Sales/Service), and R&D. Kevin collaborated with business partners to generate new business, negotiate contracts, develop budgets, and forecast. Kevin also served as the finance lead for the MBT worldwide product line.

From 2016 to 2017, Kevin worked as a Finance Director at Medicus Healthcare Solutions. In this role, they directed the finance and order processing team, focused on improving cash flow and managing financial close operations.

Starting in 2018, Kevin joined KushCo Holdings, Inc. as the Corporate Controller, and later became the Vice President Corporate Controller in 2019. In these roles, they managed the finance function, supported strategic objectives, developed a Shared Services function, and integrated new M&A activity into the Shared Service platform.

Finally, Kevin's most recent work experience is at Greenlane Holdings, Inc. where they currently serve as the Senior Vice President of Finance. In this role, they manage the finance function and works closely with the FP&A team to develop and execute annual operating plans and forecasts. Kevin also acts as a key business partner, supporting strategic objectives and identifying growth opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and M&A and Divestitures.

Kevin Michaud attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
