Zoey Wang

Zoey Wang's work experience includes their current role as a Senior Module Product Engineer at Greenliant, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ROFS (Tianjin) Micro System CO., LLC. from April 2017 to April 2021 as a Senior Product Development Engineer / Project Manager. In this role, they led project teams in developing new products and achieving yield improvement in mass production. Zoey also debugged and evaluated the passive performance of filters. Additionally, they supervised and analyzed mass production yield, resulting in at least a 10% improvement.

Before their role at ROFS, Zoey worked at Qorvo China from July 2013 to April 2017. Initially, they served as a Wire Bond Process Engineer, managing and maintaining SPC of the Wire Bond process and analyzing statistical data to improve process stability and yield. Zoey also verified SMT layout files and led a project team in evaluating and qualifying new material suppliers. Later, they took on the role of Wire Bond Process Engineer, participating in DOE of Wire Bond process parameters to improve capability and stability. Zoey accomplished Wire Bond process reengineering for new products, improving quality, capacity, and safety. Additionally, they managed and maintained SPC of the Wire Bond process, analyzing statistical data to improve stability and reduce defect loss.

Zoey Wang obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical packaging technology from Xidian University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also acquired a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
