Shubhi Saxena

Shubhi Saxena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and robotic process automation (RPA). Currently serving as Manager, Customer Success and Senior RPA Consultant at Greenlight Consulting since September 2018, Shubhi has successfully enabled multiple client engagements across esteemed organizations, including Canadian Revenue Agency and Questrade, while actively participating in business development, process evaluation, and the establishment of RPA Centers of Excellence. Previous roles include Senior QA Consultant at Canadian Tire Corporation, where Shubhi developed QA strategies for e-commerce and loyalty programs, and System Integration Test Lead at Dell, specializing in medical claims processes. Shubhi started a career at Infosys and has held various positions at Steria Group and CSC, gaining comprehensive expertise in software engineering, testing, and compliance across multiple industries.
