IVAN ORTEGA

Ivan Ortega is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development. Currently serving as a Sr. Software Engineer at Greenlight since April 2022, Ivan previously held roles as a Software Engineer at Scopio and a Consultant Developer at ThoughtWorks, where leadership in technical and strategic decisions was demonstrated. Ivan's career began at Banco Central del Ecuador as a Senior Developer, focusing on financial projects and system architecture. Additional experiences include software engineering at Interlancom, where knowledge of Agile methods was shared, and a role as a Research Assistant at Escuela Superior Politecnica del Ejercito, which involved innovative work with video communication technologies. Ivan holds a degree in Systems and Informatics Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
