Jackie Burke

Jackie Burke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative roles and community engagement. Currently serving as a Community Moderator and Tier 2 Tech Support Customer Service Representative at Greenlight since December 2020, Jackie previously held significant positions at Cox Enterprises - Videa as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President and SVP of Revenue & Operations from March 2014 to March 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Office Manager at SummitMedia Greenville and Cox Media Group - Greenville, as well as roles at Turner Sports, Cleveland Browns, and the New England Patriots. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Auburn University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
