Phumchai Kessumlee

Phumchai Kessumlee is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Service and Operation at Greenline Synergy Co., Ltd. since February 2016, Phumchai oversees IT services and operations for BDMS Group and has managed various IT projects and business application support. Prior to this role, Phumchai held several positions at Kasikorn Bank, including managing a large network of e-Machines and overseeing IT change and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks. Earlier experience includes managing change control at United Overseas Bank Limited and serving as a Service Delivery Project Manager at IBM Thailand, where Phumchai was involved in significant outsourcing projects.
