Gilda Neiman has over 35 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Gilda began their career in 1986 as a Vice President Financial Services at Euroclear (JP Morgan). In 1999, they joined Citi as a Vice President, Corporate Banker, Financial Institutions and eventually became Chief Country Officer and Branch Manager Belgium, Financial Institutions & Public Sector Corporate Banking Head Belgium & Luxembourg, and Transaction Services Country Head/ FI & Public Sector Client Management Head, Belgium & Luxembourg. In 2014, Neiman joined AmCham Belgium as a Non-Executive Director, Vice President & Treasurer, Chair of the Sustainability & Innovation Committee, and Member of the Government Relations Forum. In 2019, they became a Non-Executive Director, Treasurer, Fulbright Commission Belgium/Luxembourg/Schuman for the Commission for Educational Exchange between the U.S., Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2022, Neiman was appointed as an Independent Director and Board Chairwoman for Greenomy, Director Board of Directors and Steering Committee for Chapter Zero Brussels, and Partner for GoAct BV.
Gilda Neiman has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Gilda then obtained a Masters in Pure Economics from Université catholique de Louvain between 1983 and 1986. Gilda went on to complete an MBA in Corporate Finance - Global Capital Markets through the JP Morgan Finance Program in 1989 and 1990. In 2021, Gilda Neiman obtained a Board Effectiveness certification from GUBERNA - Instituut voor Bestuurders/Institut des Administrateurs. The following year, they received a Director Effectiveness certification from the same institution and a Director Climate Journey Completion certification from Chapter Zero Brussels.
