Jennifer Schell Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jennifer has held the position of Director of Stakeholder Engagement & Contact Center Operations at GreenPath Financial Wellness since 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at iTribe from 1998 to 2000, and as a Client Services Account Manager at Harris Select Communications/B.C. Harris Publishing from 1992 to 1998.

Jennifer Schell Fraser earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Wesleyan, completing their education from 1989 to 1992.
