Andy Martin

Andy Martin is an experienced professional in the real estate sector with a diverse background across multiple prominent firms. Currently serving as Operating Partner at GreenPoint Partners and Non-Executive Chairman at ARC Capital Markets since 2023, Andy also holds senior advisory roles at Brydell Partners, PLACEMAKE.IO, and Plentific. As a member of the Advisory Boards at Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited and Hodes Weill & Associates, Andy contributes significantly to strategic decision-making. Previously, Andy was a key figure at BNP Paribas Real Estate from 2017 to 2020, where roles included International Business Development Executive and Chief Executive Officer UK. Additional experience includes a senior partner position at Strutt & Parker, leading the Commercial Division until 2017. Educational credentials include an Estate Management degree from the University of Reading and further studies at the London Business School.
