Dorinda Irby, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a high-performing HR professional with extensive experience in regional human resources management. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at GreenPoint Ag since September 2021, Irby previously held the role of Regional HR Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands from January 2018 to June 2021, following the company's merger with NCI Building Systems, Inc., where Irby was a Human Resources Business Partner from July 2003 to December 2017. With a strong ability to align HR strategies with business needs, Irby excels in creating and implementing policies and systems that enhance organizational productivity.
