Christy Lam

Christy Lam is an Analyst at Greenprint Capital, focusing on capital markets since January 2024. Previously, Christy held the position of Intern Analyst at Hines from July 2023 to December 2023 and served as an Associate in the IU Real Estate Private Equity Program from January 2022 to May 2023. Additional experience includes being a Member of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop from April 2021 to March 2023 and working as an Acquisition Intern at Heitman during the summer of 2022. Christy began the career as an Equity Research Analyst at the Knall-Cohen Fund at Indiana University from April 2020 to March 2021, specializing in materials within the metals and mining sector. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completed in 2023, along with a high school diploma from Torrey Pines High School in 2019.
