Jeff Bradsher

Jeff Bradsher, MBA, MDiv, currently serves as a Strategic Initiatives Advisor at Guilford College since August 2024 and is actively seeking new opportunities as of July 2024. Previously, Jeff held the role of Chief Inclusion & Belonging Officer and Director of Student Community at Greensboro Day School from July 2022 to July 2024. Jeff has entrepreneurial experience from Bradsher's Insurance Agency, where management occurred during family health concerns, in addition to serving as Director of Student Life at High Point Christian Academy from June 2018 to August 2020, where a school-wide racial equity program was innovated. Ministry experience includes leading a Children's Ministry at Westover Church from January 2014 to October 2017. Jeff's commercial real estate development experience spans from 1996 to 2006, including partnerships in various development companies, focusing on low-income housing projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and an Executive MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
