Aamir Mian

Aamir Mian has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Their most recent role is as a Senior Vice President of Benefits Administration & Technology at GreenShield since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ADP as a Group Vice President from July 2019 to July 2021 and as a Vice President of HR Outsourcing from August 2017 to July 2019. Aamir also held the position of Vice President of Customer Relations at Conduent from April 2015 to August 2017 and worked as a Director of Pension and Benefits Outsourcing at Aon Hewitt from June 2013 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, they co-founded a SaaS start-up called Accelerate IT Consulting and worked at Morneau Shepell as a Vice President of Implementation and US Operations from November 2008 to May 2011. Aamir also had multiple roles at Aon Hewitt, including Implementation and Operations Leader and Global Client Implementation Liaison.

Aamir Mian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wright State University in 1998. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the same university during the same period.
