Julie Radlin has a solid work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Julie began their career in 1993 at Accucaps Industries Ltd., where they served as the Director of Human Resources until 2005. During this time, they were responsible for implementing human resources, compensation, and training strategies, as well as managing a team of professionals.
Afterwards, Julie moved on to UpStep Professional & Organization Development Inc., where they held the position of President from 2005 to 2010. Julie then joined GreenShield in 2007 as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were highly involved in developing and implementing People & Culture strategies and programs for a large organization with over 1500 employees.
Julie's expertise and dedication led their to become the Vice President of Organization Development & Total Rewards at GreenShield as of January 2021. In this role, they continue to partner with executives and leadership stakeholders to drive consistent high performance.
Julie Radlin, CHRE, CEC, holds a Masters Certificate in Strategic Business Leadership from the Schulich School of Business - York University. Julie also has a Masters Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Organization & Human Relations from Western University. Julie Radlin has obtained several certifications, including Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2021, Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2015, and Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in 2004.
