Carmel Mee

Carmel Mee's work experience includes various roles at Southern Regional College, starting from being a Lecturer in Electronics & Engineering in 2001 to eventually becoming the Head of Faculty Health and Science in June 2019. Throughout their time at the college, they also served as a Teaching and Learning Advisor and a Quality Improvement Manager. Prior to their tenure at Southern Regional College, Carmel worked as a Product Engineer at Nortel Networks from 2000 to 2001.

Carmel Mee began their education in 1995 at Dundalk Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Product Design Engineering with a focus on Electronics. Carmel completed their degree in 2000. Following this, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Ulster University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Education, specializing in Teaching and Learning. Then, between 2006 and 2009, Carmel Mee returned to Ulster University to pursue another Master's degree, this time in Renewable Energy and Energy Management.
