Miika Kettunen

Miika Kettunen is an experienced project manager and team lead at Greenstep, where responsibilities include leading successful implementations and delivering excellent customer service since December 2021. Prior to this role, Miika worked as a System and Implementation Specialist for NetSuite, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of customer NetSuite environments. Miika's extensive background includes over eleven years at Dayton Group, serving as Development Manager and Logistics Manager, where duties encompassed IT team leadership, building EDI connections, ERP administration, and online business development. Miika began a career in logistics with multiple roles at Stora Enso, including Logistics Planner and Transportation Planner. Miika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Business and Management from Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences, with additional education from LUT University and Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
