Jessica H. has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 when they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Thumb National Bank & Trust until 2007. From 2004 to 2007, they were an Assistant Event Planner at RSVP Invitations and Bridal Consulting. Jessica then joined West Michigan Whitecaps in 2007 as a Ticket Operations Coordinator until 2010. In 2010, they started working at GreenStone Farm Credit Services as a Customer Service Representative until 2013. Jessica then held the role of Financial Services Officer from 2013 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as an Information Technology Manager before being promoted to Director of Application Services until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Managing Director of Insight Technology Unit at GreenStone Farm Credit Services starting in October 2022.
