Cosimo Di Presa's work experience begins in 2008 as a Biologiste moleculaire at CNR-ISPA. In 2009, they join Crop Research Institute as a Chercheur, where they conduct scientific research on allergens and presents their findings at a conference. Also in 2009, they become a Microbiologist at Sanofi and later transitions to the role of Specialiste en Fermentations et Bioconversions – Responsable d'atelier de production. From 2018 to 2020, they serve as a Transformation Leader at Sanofi, responsible for digital transformation, project planning, MES deployment, real-time performance monitoring, Lean standards maintenance, and certification. In 2023, they become the Production Director at Greentech.
Cosimo Di Presa pursued their education at Università del Salento. From 2003 to 2006, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biologia molecolare. Afterward, Cosimo continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Biologia umana from 2006 to 2008.
