Jeffrey Blair

Jeffrey Blair has over three decades of experience in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as the President and CEO of Greenville Savings Bank since March 1989, where the institution operates three offices with assets exceeding $300 million and a Tier 1 Capital ratio above 12%. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held various positions, including VP of Finance and Compliance and Treasurer at Winner International from March 1988 to March 1989, and Controller at First National Bank of Pennsylvania from January 1986 to March 1988, starting as a Staff Accountant. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania after attending Reynolds High School.
