Charlotte Davies

Charlotte Davies is a Partner and Head of Knowledge Management at Greenwoods Legal LLP since September 2017, where responsibilities include designing and implementing the firm's knowledge management and AI strategies, promoting collaboration, and enhancing client experiences. Previously, Charlotte served as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer (Employment) and Acting Head of Knowledge Management, providing technical expertise to the Employment team. Prior roles include Professional Support Lawyer at Mills & Reeve, Employment Lawyer at Mishcon de Reya, and Employment Lawyer at Olswang, specializing in various aspects of employment law. Early career experiences include roles in employment law on secondment at the Royal Bank of Scotland and BGC Partners, as well as positions in editorial and broadcasting. Charlotte holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with distinction from the College of Law and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from the University of Leeds.
