Radosław Nowak has extensive work experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. Radosław started their career as a Trainee at NIVEA Polska in 2002 and went on to hold various roles such as Junior Procurement Specialist and Promotion & Purchasing Planning Leader. In 2012, Nowak joined Beiersdorf as the Head of Global Demand Planning. Radosław then returned to NIVEA Polska in 2011 as the Supply Chain Director and Board Member for Poland and the Baltics countries. In 2015, they became the Supply Chain Director & Board Member for Poland/Baltics at NIVEA Polska. Currently, Nowak is the Managing Director at Greenyard, where they are responsible for managing 600 employees across six locations in Poland and providing logistics services to retailers, manufacturers, and importers. Radosław oversees various aspects, including warehousing, domestic and international transport, co-packing, customs clearance, and has full P/L responsibility, including company strategy and business development.
Radosław Nowak completed post-graduate studies in Internet and mobile applications at Wyzsza Szkola Bankowa (Poznan School of Banking) from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Transportation and Logistics from Poznan University of Economics And Business, graduating between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, they underwent training at WTG, although the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
