Dan Espinosa

Dan Espinosa, GISP, serves as the GIS Supervisor and previously as GIS Coordinator at Greer Commission of Public Works since August 2018. From December 2003 until May 2024, Dan was associated with the South Carolina Army National Guard, fulfilling various roles including S3 Assistant, Executive Officer, and Platoon Leader. Prior experience includes serving as GIS Manager at Spartanburg County from November 2014 to July 2018, overseeing a diverse GIS project portfolio and managing project execution and team oversight. Dan's earlier positions also included Senior GIS Analyst, 911 GIS Analyst, and GIS Cadastral Mapper. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Eastern Kentucky University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Limestone University.
