Ginnie Hough, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ginnie has held various roles in different companies, contributing to strategic HR support, HR integration, and process standardization/scalability. Ginnie'sroles included positions such as VP Global Total Rewards at Greif, Global Human Resources Director at Stolt-Nielsen Limited, Human Resources Manager at Gardner Denver, Global Human Resources Manager at The Dow Chemical Company, Director of Operations and Human Resources at Family & Childrens Services of Central Michigan, and German Translator at an International Law Firm. Ginnie Hough, SPHR holds a Masters degree in Social Policy and Social Work from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Social Work at Northern Arizona University between 1980 and 1984. In addition, Ginnie Hough has an Advanced Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University, which they acquired in 2004-2005. Ginnie also holds an Advanced German Certificate (Oberstufe) from the Hamburg Foreign Language Institute, completed in 1991.
