Thomas Schleppi

Thomas Schleppi is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the plastics and packaging industries. Currently serving as Operations Director Plastics Germany and Managing Director Austria at Greif, Inc. since December 2019, Thomas has held various roles at Greif Germany GmbH since August 2017, including Plant Manager and Operations Director Plastics Germany & Netherlands. Previously, Thomas held multiple positions at Treofan from May 2011 to July 2017, culminating as Plant Manager and Head of Production. Earlier experience at Treofan from June 2003 to March 2011 included roles as Materials Manager Europe and Head of Customer Service. Thomas also worked at Celanese from July 1997 to May 2003 as Head of Customer Service and Production Planning in Europe and as Plant Manager Packaging, and began a career at Trespaphan GmbH from January 1988 to June 1997 as Deputy Plant Manager and Employee in IT.
