Jennifer Holgate

Jennifer Holgate is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel (UK) at Gren since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Vattenfall from August 2019 to September 2023, where she was involved in a variety of energy and infrastructure projects. Before Vattenfall, Jennifer held the position of Managing Associate at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP, focusing on planning and infrastructure offerings in London. Jennifer also has experience working at Bond Dickinson LLP and Pinsent Masons in various capacities, specializing in development planning, energy, and infrastructure work. Jennifer's sector expertise includes housing, retail, and renewable energy, and she holds an LLB Hons in Law from Nottingham Law School.
