Simon J. has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Simon began as a Working Student in Sales and Administration at Berkel AHK GmbH & Co. KG. Simon then worked as an Intern and Working Student in Marketing, PR & Events at BMW Group. Simon went on to join TECXIPIO as a Marketing & Business Development Manager and later took on the role of Junior Marketing Manager. During this time, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing and conducted analysis on the Indian film industry for market entry decisions. Simon then moved to Paul Valentine as a Performance Marketing Manager before joining GRENION Brands. At GRENION Brands, they started as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager and is currently the Head of Performance Marketing & Growth. Their responsibilities included developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various platforms and channels, as well as analyzing business data to drive growth.
