Dorian van Raalte

Dorian van Raalte, CFA, currently serves as an Advisor and Research Assistant at the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford, focusing on natural capital investment strategies related to climate change. Since November 2023, Dorian has held the position of Investment Manager for Forestry & Natural Capital at Gresham House, a specialist alternative asset manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Specialist at Sail Ventures from January 2018 to December 2022, where Dorian was involved from the firm's inception and reported directly to the CIO/founder. Additionally, Dorian worked as an Investment Advisor for the andGreen Fund during the same period and completed a summer internship at Deloitte in 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College Business School and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town. Educational background also includes attendance at Hilton College and Charlotte Latin School.
