Abhishek Bhandari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and success management, currently serving as Senior Manager – Customer Experience at GreyOrange since October 2019. In this role, Abhishek transitioned into a global leadership capacity, spearheading customer success initiatives across the organization. Prior positions at GreyOrange included managing teams in Europe and Asia and overseeing customer relationships for the GO-Ranger GTP Warehouse automation system. Before GreyOrange, Abhishek was with HighRadius, engaging in functional and techno-functional consulting to enhance account receivables automation for Fortune 1000 clients. Abhishek began the career at Accenture as an Application Development Analyst, where leadership in application maintenance and client handling was demonstrated. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
