Elvis Favela

Elvis Favela is an experienced Production Engineer currently working at GreyOrange since September 2019, where responsibilities include planning, managing, and overseeing production at the North America facility, along with managing inventory and the implementation of machinery and equipment. Prior to this role, Elvis served at Promethean from May 2006 to September 2019, progressing from a Customer Care Technician to a Customer Care Team Lead, and finally to a Quality Assurance Engineer, where responsibilities included onsite product investigations and training support for warranty service providers across the contiguous United States. Elvis holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Network & Communications Management from DeVry University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
