Chris Harraka

Chris Harraka, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Investments at Greystar, a firm focused on acquiring and developing rental housing properties globally, managing over $76 billion in assets. Harraka has extensive experience in the investment field, having held the position of Director of Investments at SB Real Estate Partners and previously at Greystar in various roles, including Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Research Associate at Green Street Advisors and a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Harraka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
