Jodi Bearden

Jodi Bearden serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Greystar since May 2014, previously holding the role of Executive Director, Enterprise Services. Prior to Greystar, Jodi Bearden was the Managing Director of Accounting at Jamestown from May 2005 to May 2014. Before that, Jodi Bearden worked as an Audit Manager at Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC from September 2001 to May 2005. Jodi Bearden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, graduating between 1991 and 1995.
