Nathan Miraflor has over two decades of experience in construction and quality assurance, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Development Quality Assurance - Global at Greystar since January 2010. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Cal Tex Solutions Construction from 2008 to 2010, where responsibilities included project management, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight. Between 2001 and 2008, Nathan worked at Trammell Crow Residential as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager, focusing on design reviews and inspection processes across multiple cities. Earlier, from January 1996 to March 2001, Nathan held the position of Construction/Warranty Manager and Customer Service Manager at Taylor Woodrow Homes, managing warranty teams and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
