Rafael Rivera is an accomplished professional in operational risk management with extensive experience across various industries, including financial institutions, real estate, chemical, construction, media, transportation, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Managing Director of Operational Risk at Greystar since August 2024, Rafael previously held significant roles such as VP of Risk Management at GXO Logistics, Inc., and SVP of Risk Management & Insurance at CBS. With a strong foundation in insurance and risk management, Rafael's career began at Aon as a Casualty Insurance Broker and has included positions at Citigroup, Praxair, GE, and CBS. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
