Ann Tidwell

Ann Tidwell has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as a Property Manager/Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks Weisberg Realtors since February 2014. Previously, Ann held positions as a Realtor and Property Manager at Prudential Parks & Weisberg Realtors, and worked as a Property Manager at Equity Residential and United Dominion Realty Trust. At United Dominion Realty Trust, Ann managed a 240-unit property in the Memphis area, overseeing staff and developing marketing and budget strategies to enhance occupancy and income.
