Arnel Arceo

Arnel Arceo possesses extensive experience in naval modernization and engineering, having served as a Senior Chief Gas Turbine Technician in the US Navy for over 26 years. Following military service, Arnel transitioned to Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. as a Navy Modernization Manager and Program Analyst from February 2018 to July 2023. Currently, Arnel is employed as a Navy Modernization Policy Analyst at Greystones Group since July 2023. Arnel's educational background includes studies in Engineering at Hillsborough Community College from 1990 to 1991.
