Roberta Bucciero

Director, Client experience at GRICS

Roberta Bucciero has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roberta started their career at Les Systemes Zenon Inc. in 1994 as an Inside Sales Rep before transitioning to the role of Account Manager, Corporate Accounts. Roberta worked at Zenon Inc. until 1999.

In 2003, Roberta joined Sico Inc. as an IT Coordinator and later became the IT Help Desk Supervisor. Roberta left Sico Inc. in 2007 to join AkzoNobel as the IM Infrastructure Services Manager and eventually became the IM Functional Excellence Manager, North America. Roberta worked at AkzoNobel until 2013.

From 2013 to 2017, Roberta worked at the Commission scolaire Riverside / Riverside School Board as the Manager of Administrative Services.

In 2017, Roberta joined GRICS as a Gestionnaire de produits, Secteur Stratégie de produits et communications. Roberta later became the Assistant Director, Product Portfolio and Marketing, and then the Director, Product Portfolio and Marketing. As of 2023, they hold the position of Director, Client Experience at GRICS.

Roberta Bucciero pursued their education between 1991 and 1993 at Concordia University, where they obtained a Baccalaureat degree in Marketing.
