Vincent Engel

Vincent Engel began their professional software development career in 2016 as a Software Development Apprentice at HUCK IT GmbH. During their apprenticeship, they gained advanced knowledge in creating REST APIs with Java/Spring Boot and building web apps with Vue.js/TS/SCSS. In the same company, they then held the role of Lead Software Engineer, where they had an integral role in planning and developing major features of a user facing application. This application connected hundreds of on premise servers with the cloud. Vincent also built integrations for Outlook, Teams, Git, and Stripe. In 2022, Vincent joined GRID esports as a Senior Software Engineer.

Vincent Engel attended the Heinrich-Emanuel-Merck-Schule Darmstadt from 2016 to 2018, studying Computer Software Engineering.
