Derek Pederson

Derek Pederson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client services within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at GridGain Systems since 2022, Derek previously held the position of Head of Client Services - North America at Rockall Technologies, where efforts focused on establishing a Client Services team that significantly contributed to the growth of a new SaaS FinTech product. Prior to that, in roles such as Director of Enterprise Accounts at Axiom, Derek led a team in legal technology engagements for enterprise banking clients and managed regulatory compliance projects. With a foundational career at Accenture as a Manager in Financial Services and previous quality assurance roles, Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
