Taylor Oehlman

Taylor Oehlman is a professional with extensive experience in commercial property management and coordination. Currently serving as a Proposal Coordinator at GridSME since December 2022, Taylor previously managed 580,000 square feet of office, industrial, and flex space at Jackson Properties (Sac) from October 2018 to December 2022, gaining expertise in leasing, tenant improvements, budgeting, and vendor relations. Prior roles include Commercial Property Manager for The Conference Claimants Endowment Board from 2015 to 2018 and Accounts Receivable Specialist at Shorenstein Realty Services from 2013 to 2015. Taylor began in the real estate field as a Leasing Agent at Stonebridge Apartment Homes in 2012. Educationally, Taylor holds a degree in Exercise Biology, Biological and Physical Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
