Sybille Tebaldi

Sybille Tebaldi is an experienced organisational change leader with a focus on personal and organisational development. Currently serving as the organisational change leader at Griesser since June 2020, Sybille previously worked as a consultant, trainer, and coach at Tebaldi Training from May 2009 to July 2020, handling various mandates for corporations and public entities. Other notable roles include personal and organisational developer at Globus, head of the integration office for Stadt Dietikon, and programme manager at UNITECH International. Sybille Tebaldi holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Zurich and multiple advanced certificates in strategic personnel development, change management, coaching, and intercultural training.
