Tom Sanders

Tom Sanders has extensive experience in software development and project management, primarily within the finance and banking sectors. Currently, Tom serves as a Clojure Backend Developer at Griffin since February 2020. As the owner of Inqwell Ltd since September 2004, Tom has focused on developing CFD trading systems and enhancing software solutions. Previous roles include Senior Java Developer positions at Barclays Investment Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, where Tom specialized in cash equity order management and customer screening integration. Additional experience includes development roles at HSBC and Barclays Capital, as well as consultancy work for ICAP. Tom holds a degree in Physics from the University of London.
