Tom Polewchak

Tom Polewchak has extensive experience in property management, holding key roles across various companies since 2002. Currently serving as Regional Vice President and previously as Regional Manager at Griffis/Blessing, Inc. since October 2019, Tom's career includes significant positions such as Portfolio Manager at Laramar Group and Community Director at Monogram Residential Trust. Notably, Tom has successfully opened and managed high-end communities, including the Westend in downtown Denver, and has demonstrated a strong ability to lease up and stabilize residential properties efficiently. Educationally, Tom pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the University of Colorado Denver between 1999 and 2002.
