Raymond Lim

Raymond Lim currently serves as the Group Learning & Talent Development Manager at Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s), focusing on talent management frameworks and capability enablement across APAC markets since December 2020. Previously, Raymond held the position of National Training & Capability Manager at The HEINEKEN Company, where responsibilities included optimizing training strategies and overseeing talent capability programs from June 2017 to November 2020. Prior to that, at Aden Group, Raymond was the Head of Learning & Talent Development, managing the ADEN Training Academy and talent management priorities from July 2012 to June 2017. Raymond's earlier experience includes serving as HR Consulting Manager at TS HR Consulting, delivering HR projects across APAC from October 2007 to July 2012, and as Product Sales Trainer at GREAT EASTERN, designing and conducting sales training from May 2001 to September 2007.
