Samantha Amos is a highly qualified food scientist with extensive experience in innovation and research. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Scientist at Griffith Foods since June 2017, Samantha previously held the position of Innovation Food Scientist at the same company. Prior to that, Samantha worked at the University of Florida as a Graduate Research Assistant where the thesis focused on developing pea hull fiber fortified snack foods for older adults and children. Samantha designed and conducted sensory panels to evaluate consumer preferences and conducted various food-related studies, including strawberry pesticide research and citrus fiber development for snack foods. Samantha holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Florida.
