Trey Boland began working at American Radworx in 2018 as a Radiator Technician and Material Handler. In 2020, they joined Griffon Aerospace as an Advanced Composites Technician, working closely with engineers to perform precise bonding and assembly of composite structures. Trey also completed fabrication and layup of composite parts including final assembly and paint. Trey then took on the role of Lead Advanced Manufacturing Technician for the RedWing VTOL, where they completed 7+ vehicles. Additionally, they were the Lead Advanced Manufacturing Technician for the MQ-9 Reaper Fiberglass Ground Station Consoles, where they personally fabricated, bonded, sanded, prepared each part for paint, and final assembly and delivery to the customer.
Trey Boland attended Calhoun Community College from 2020 to 2021, where they studied AAS - Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace Technology - Structures & Assembly. Trey then attended Athens State University from 2022 to 2024, where they received a BS in Aerospace Systems Management with a field of study in Space Systems Technology.
